Directions:  
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning, until smooth. Add milk, sherry, and Worcestershire. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minutes or until thickened. Stir in 1/4 cup cheese. Remove from heat; set aside. Place half of potato slices in 1 qt baking dish coated with cooking spray. Layer with half onion,ham, and half of sauce. Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350ยบ for 50-60 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with rest of cheese. Bake another 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
