Directions:  
Mash Tofu with a fork and add soy sauce and dill weed.
In a skillet, heat oil and sauté onions for a few minutes, or until onions are clear. Add tofu mixture and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring often, adding more oil if tofu starts to stick.
Right before serving, add spinach and chopped broccoli and stir until spinach wilts. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
