Directions:  
1/ Cook potatoes in water until tender. Drain and mash with one teaspoon butter and parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.

2/ Stir salt into flour. Whisk eggs and 2 tablespoons water together. Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Add enough water to make dough that pulls away from bowl. Do not over-mix.
