Directions:  
Stir beef, eggs, oatmeal, ketchup, diced tomatoes and 1 T Worcestershire sauce with hands (it really is easier that way). Put 1/2 cup into each mini loaf pan. Stir brown sugar, 2 T ketchup and 2 T mustard in a small bowl to brush on loaves later. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Remove and top loaves with the topping cook another 10 minutes.
