Skinny Snickerdoodles

1/4  cup		light stick margarine
1-1/2  cups		Splenda
4  ounces		lowfat cream cheese
1/4  cup		egg substitute
2		egg whites
2-3/4  cups		all purpose flour
2  teaspoons		cream of tartar
1  teaspoon		baking soda
1/4  teaspoon		salt
1/4  cup		Rolling sugar: sugar
2  teaspoons		cinnamon

Cream margarine, sugar and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs until smooth.
Sift together the flour, cream of tartarl, baking soda and salt and add to the creamed mixture.

Cover and refridgerate for 1 hour.

Roll a teaspoon of dough into small ball and roll each ball into the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place on prepared cookie sheets (cooking spray or parchment paper) 2" apart. Slightly flatten with the bottom of a glass. Bake 8-10 minutes; remove and cool.
