Place meat in slow cooker; top with vegetables and 1 Tbsp. thyme.

Add broth and water; stir. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours). About 15 min. before serving stroganoff, cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt.
3)Drain noodles; place in large bowl. Add cream cheese product and remaining thyme to meat mixture in slow cooker; stir until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add meat mixture to noodles; stir gently to combine.
