Description: A new twist on an old favorite! Spaghetti, egg, cheese and butter combine to make a 'pie crust' for your hamburger/sauce mix!
Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings (6 cups)

Directions:  
Cook noodles; drain and add butter, eggs and parmesan cheese. Stir and place in buttered baking dish or pie plate. Spread out to form 'crust'. Spread 1 c. cottage cheese over noodles. Cook meat, green pepper and onion. Stir in Spaghetti Sauce. Pour meat sauce over cottage cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350ยบ. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Mozarella cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
