Directions:

Heat oven to 450 degrees F and line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Drain and rinse chickpeas and put in a ziploc baggie.

Add oil, salt and cayenne pepper to chickpeas and mix well. Spread them on the lined baking sheet in one layer.

Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove baking sheet from oven and turn them over with spatula so that chickpeas brown evenly, and return to oven for 15 minutes, or until brown and crunchy.
