Directions:

Dice sweet potato into 1/4 inch cubes.

Bring sautee pan of water to boil, salt, and place potato cubes in water. Boil until fork tender, drain.

Sautee onion in olive oil until transluscent.

Add in potato and black beans (drained), sautee for another 10 minutes until potatoes brown slightly.

Add 3 tbsp. of seasoning and heat through.
