Directions:  
Start by seasoning unthawed chicken breast then cut chicken breast into 6 pieces. If chicken breast is thick cut in two pieces & slice both pieces into 6 pieces.

Now you need to cut a fourth of onion & green pepper into slivers

Next, add chicken breast pieces into a skillet along with you onion & green pepper. (If you like spice add some chopped jalapeƱos in the skillet)

After the meat has cooked throughly, pour the Sweet chili sauce onto meat, green peppers & onion mixture. Let slow cook at low heat for 3min.

Finally, cook your rice & you're all done.
