Description: This is not a hard casserole to make, to me it is like a Taco salad from Taco Bell. Note: the 10 oz of rotel is one can, the pinto beans is one can and the chili is half a can.
Ingredients:  Makes 10 servings

Directions:
1
Brown ground beef in skillet with about 1 cup of water(helps to keep meat from clumping), halfway through cooking add chili powder.
2
Drain and rinse the ground beef very well.
3
In a large bowl, mix together beef, 2 cups cheese, rotel, chili, pinto beans, mayonnaise, onions, garlic, jalapeno, and salsa.
4
Spread half of mixture in a 10 inch casserole dish, layer half of the tortilla strips on top, I sprinkle 2 tbs of lime juice on top, but you don't have to. Repeat layer.
5
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes, long enough the cheese is melted good all the way though.
6
Remove from oven, top with 1 cup shredded lettuce, 2nd jalapeno, diced fresh tomato, and black olives. Sprinkle remaining cheese in a ring around the outer edge.
