Directions:  
1)Chop all the meats into 1" portions and season with black pepper and lemon pepper. cook on med. to high heat in a frying pan cover lid coated with olive oil. 10 mins drain the meat of all the liquid fat. place meat back in pan.
2) Chop all Veggies and mix in a bowl with the cheese, once meat is cooked add the veggie cheese mixture to the pan. on medium heat cook
3) add egg whites to the top of the meat and veggie mixture. and place lid. cook for 10 mins or until the eggs are cooked. Stir several times
4. portion out the mixture into 7 containers
