mix soy, juice, cornstarch with ginger, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper with wisk

marinade drained and cubed tofu in mixture and remove

heat 1 tbs oil in skillet and stir fry tofu for three minutes, remove to plate.

Add sliced carrots to pan and stir fry for two minutes

add precooked beans to skillet and stir fry (when you cook beans, do not overcook (leave them stiff). Stir fry for two mintues.

add mushrooms and stirfry for another minute.

Add remaining marinade to skillet and mix in well.

return tofu to skillet and cook for another two minutes. Serve with pasta or rice
