Directions:

Add finely diced garlic (use a garlic press if you have one) to olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Heat for 2 minutes until fragrant, but not brown.

Add tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for another 10 minutes.

Serve over spaghetti squash or use as a pizza sauce on a cauliflower crust.
