Directions:  
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in lemon juice. Mix in turkey; season with nutmeg and salt and pepper. Continue cooking until heated through. Remove from heat. Stir in apple. Stuff the pitas with fresh spinach leaves, and the turkey mixture. Drizzle with yogurt. Makes 4 servings.
