Directions:  
Preheat oven to 400. Place sausages, potatoes, bell pepper and onion on a foil-lined baking sheet coated with cook spray. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with fennel, paprika and garlic powder. Toss and spread in a single layer. Bake 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with salt. Pull up edges of foil over sausage mixture, and seal. Let stand 10 minutes.
