Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and lightly grease a baking dish.

In a large pot, cook spaghetti noodles al dente (8-10 minutes)

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and then stir in flour. Add chicken broth and milk. Cook and stir until the pot comes to boil. Add in about 1 1/3 cups Parmesan cheese and remove the pot from heat.

Add the turkey and spaghetti to the chicken broth mixture. Pour into baking dish, top with remaining cheese and bake for an hour.
