Directions:  
cut up everything
brown stew meat
add onions, cook till turns yellow
add garlic, stir
add celery, stir
add beans, chicken flavor, and water, and a bay leaf or two
add sausage link
bring to a boil, then simmer for 40-45 mins
remove sausage and chop up, then add back to soup
add rotel and carrots, also any seasonings (salt, pepper, fresh parsley)
simmer for about 10 mins or until carrots are soft.
