in a 4-6 quart slow cooker, combine the hoisin, soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, cloves, and 3/4 cup water. Add the pork and turn to coat. Cover and cook until the pork is very tender, on low fo 7-8 hours or on high fo 5-6 hours.

20 mins before serving, cook the noodles according to the package directions, adding the broccoli during the last 2 mins of cooking.
