Directions:  
slice veggies and sliver string cheese.
Mix vinegar and oil and place in small dipping bowl.
put mustard in another small dipping bowl.
pull off 4 cabbage leaves and fill with 2 sardines, 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of mushroom and 2 slices of bell pepper.
dip into condiments and eat.
