Directions:  
put lentils and 500ml stock, shallots, garlic, tomato pure, herbs and seasoning in a large pan. Bring to boil, simmer 30 min, stir and check regularily adding stock if it starts to look dry.
Remove from heat, allow to cool (20min)
Blend until smooth, add crem cheese and blend until mixed.
Put in bowl/sandwich box and chill for 2 hours.
Serve with crudites, oatcakes, rye bread or as a filling for celery sticks
