Directions:  
1 get from food store, or better yet, grow in own garden fresh sqush.
cup's are estimates,
use food processor to slice squash in small slices
slice summer sausage same way
sprinkle lemon pepper in middle of each layer
layer squash and and summer sausage till lg deep pot is full. Add 2 cup water
cook on high till water is boiling put lid on
turn down to simmer
cook approx 1 and a half hours till squash and sausage are very soft and consistency is like chunky soup.
serve and enjoy!
