Directions:  
Scrabble egg & egg white with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper in a bowl. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet on medium high heat, pour egg mix in skillet add mushroom, green onion, & feta cheese on 1 side of egg mix fold other side over let cook for 30 seconds flip and cook for another 30 seconds or until firm remove from heat.
