Alternating Supine Triceps Extensions

Instructions: 
1. Lie with your back on a bench, leaving your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent at a 90 degree angle.
2. With a dumbbell in each hand, bend your arms so that your elbows are pointed towards the ceiling and the dumbbells are close to your face.
3. Raise one dumbbell so that your arm is straight, lower slowly and repeat with your other arm.
