Alternating Triceps Extension on Swiss Ball

1. With your feet shoulder-width apart and at a 90 degree angle lie with your back over the stability ball.
2. With a dumbbell in each hand, bend your arms so that your elbows are pointed toward the ceiling and the dumbbells are close to your face.
3. Raise one dumbbell so that your arm is straight, lower slowly and repeat this motion with the opposite arm.
