Barbell Bicep Curls: Single-Leg

1. Stand straight with your knees slightly bent, lifting one foot off the ground.
2. With your arms extended towards your thighs hold a barbell, palms facing the ceiling, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
3. Bend your elbows raising the barbell towards your chest.
4. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
