Barbell Lunges: Lateral

Secondary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus
Instructions: 
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Grip a barbell a bit wider than shoulder-width apart and rest this on your shoulders behind your neck.
2. Tightening your abs and glutes, lunge one leg out to the side keeping your bent knee just out above your toes.
3. Push through your heel to return back to the starting position.
