Barbell One-Arm Biceps Curl

Start: Grab a barbell with an underhand grip, your hand in the middle of the bar. Hold it with your arm straight, the bar in front of you. Keep your back straight, shoulders pulled back, and knees slightly bent.
Finish: Curl the bar straight up, keeping your working elbow as close to your torso as possible.
