Secondary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus
Instructions: 
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart directly behind, but parallel too, a platform such as an aerobics step.
2. Grip a barbell a bit wider than shoulder-width apart and rest this on your shoulders behind your neck.
3. Step one foot up onto the box, rotating your foot so that you are now facing forward.
4 .Push through your heel and raise your other foot onto the platform.
5. Return to the starting position, stepping off one foot at a time and repeat.
