Dumbbell Bicep Curls: Single-Leg

1. Stand straight with your knees slightly bent, lifting one foot off the ground.
2. With your arms extended towards your thighs hold a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing the ceiling.
3. Bend your elbows raising the dumbbells towards your shoulders.
4. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
