Hip Flexor Stretch

Start: Kneel on your right knee, your left foot flat on the floor. Keep your torso upright and rest your hands on your left knee.

Movement: Gently push your hips forward while keeping your torso upright. You should feel a stretch in the front of your right hip. Hold the stretch for 60 seconds, switch legs, and repeat. To intensify the stretch, turn your body away from your back leg. You can also raise your right arm straight over your head and lean away from your back leg.
