Start: Grab a pair of kettlebells and lie on your back on a flat bench. Hold the kettlebells over your chest so that they’re nearly touching, your palms facing out.

Movement: Simultaneously lower the kettlebells to the sides of your chest as you rotate your wrists inward, sso your palms are facing each other. Pause, then press the weights back up to the starting position.
