Kettlebell Pushup

Primary Muscles Trained:  Pectorals
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Deltoids, Triceps
Start: Place a pair of kettlebells on the floor, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Grasp a kettlebell handle with each hand and assume a pushup position with your arms straight.  Your body should form a straight line from your ankles to your head.

Movement: Lower your body until your upper arms are parallel to the floor, pause, and then push yourself back up.
