Knee to Chest Crunches

Calories Burned:  316 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Lower Rectus Abdominis
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Intercostals
Lie on your back with your arms at your sides. 
Keeping your lower back against the floor, lift your knees to your chest. Hold.
Then straighten to the starting position and repeat. 
Keep your abs tight throughout the exercise.
