Medicine Ball: Alternating Scoop Toss

Secondary Muscles Trained:  Obliques
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent and your back straight.
2. Facing a wall (or a partner) hold a medicine ball in both hands to the side of one hip.
3. Using both arms toss the medicine ball towards the wall without moving your torso.
4. Catch the ball and bring it to the opposite hip repeating the toss and catch motion.
