Medicine Ball Squat Press with Rotation

Secondary Muscles Trained:  Intercostals, Deltoids
Instructions: 
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold a medicine ball in your hands at chest level. Squat until your thighs are nearly parallel with the floor. As you stand up, rotate your torso to the right and raise the medicine ball over your head and to the right. Bring the ball back to your chest as you rotate back to center and immediately drop into another squat. This time, stand and rotate to the left, raising the med ball over your head to the left.  Alternate this way for a total of 10 repetitions, five per side.
