Medicine Ball Thrusters with Throw

Secondary Muscles Trained:  Thighs
1. Grab medicien ball and hold it tight to your chest in front of your shouldersr.
2. Position your feet shoulder-width apart, then quickly lower your hips until your thighs are parallel to the floor (or lower if you can).
3. Explode back up and push the medicine ball up into the air and against the wall in front of you.
4. Catch the ball and return to the starting position.
