One-Arm Incline Neutral Dumbbell Press

Secondary Muscles Trained:  Deltoids
Start: Set the incline bench to a 45-degree angle, grab a pair of dumbbells, and lie on your back on the bench with the dumbbells at your shoulders and your palms in toward each other.
Finish: Push one dumbbell straight up over your shoulder, as if you were throwing a punch. As you lower it, push the other up, and alternate until you finish the set.
