One-Arm Triceps Extensions on Swiss Ball

Primary Muscles Trained:  Triceps
Instructions: 
1. With your feet shoulder-width apart and at a 90 degree angle lie with your back over the stability ball.
2. With a dumbbell in one hand, bend your arm so that your elbow is pointed toward the ceiling and the dumbbell is close to your face.
3. Raise the dumbbell so that your arm is straight, lower slowly and repeat this motion.
