Instructions: 
Start: Grab a Superband and stand on one end with both feet about shoulder-width apart. Hold the other end of the band with both hands, and then press the band overhead until your arms are straight. Keeping your arms straight, take 15 small steps (or reps) to your right. Then, sidestep back to your left for the same distance.

Movement: Keeping your arms straight, take 15 small steps (or reps) to your right. Then, sidestep back to your left for the same distance.
