Instructions: 
This is a basic bent over barbell row, however you keep your back at a strict angle parallel to the ground. You keep your lower back arched and explode the weight off the ground to the upper abdomen area. This engages the lats more than the standard gym barbell row which is usually done at a cheat position that is not parallel to the ground.
