Plate Pickup Overhead Lift

Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Deltoids
Stand over the plate. Bend at the hips and knees and grab the plate.  
Stand up again; when you're three quarters of the way up, lift the weight toward your chest and overhead in one motion. 
Reverse the move and place the plate on the floor. Stand, then repeat.
