Instructions: 
1. Lie your back over a stability ball with your knees bent at a 90 degree angle and your feet firmly on the ground.
2. Holding a medicine ball extend your arms back behind your head.
3. Engage your stomach muscles, lift your chest and throw the medicine ball at the wall in front of you.
4. Catch the ball as it bounces off the wall and return to the starting position.
5. Repeat with relative speed.
