Pushups: Feet on Swiss Ball

Secondary Muscles Trained:  Triceps
1. With your hands on the floor slightly wider that shoulder- width apart, raise your feet so they are together on top of a stability ball.
2. Tightening your stomach and butt muscles, slowly bend your elbows and lower your body towards the floor without arching your back.
3. Slowly extend your elbows and return to the starting position.
