Secondary Muscles Trained:  Triceps
1. With your hands and feet on the floor get yourself into a push-up position.
2. Keep your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart lower your knees to the floor.
3. Without arching your back, bend your elbows and lower your torso to just above the floor, keeping your stomach muscles tightened.
4. Slowly return to the starting position.
