Pushups: Medicine Ball

Secondary Muscles Trained:  Triceps
1. With your hands and feet on the floor get yourself into a push-up position, tightening your butt and stomach muscles.
2. Place both of your hands on top of a medicine ball keeping it stable just below your chest.
4. Without arching your back slowly lower your body to  the floor, squeezing together your shoulder blades.
5. Slowly return to the starting position.
