Pushups: One-Arm Medicine Ball

Primary Muscles Trained:  Pectorals
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Triceps
Instructions: 
1. With your hands and feet on the floor get yourself into a push-up position.

2. Keep your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and tighten the muscles of your stomach and butt.

3. Place one of your hands on top of a medicine ball while keeping the other hand stable on the floor.

4. Without arching your back slowly lower your body to just above the floor, squeezing together your shoulder blades.

5. Slowly return to the starting position.
