Primary Muscles Trained:  Pectorals
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Triceps
Instructions: 
1. With your hands and feet on the floor get yourself into a push-up position.
2. Keep your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and tighten the muscles of your stomach and butt.
3. Lower yourself to just above the floor and then push up with enough force to bring both hands off the floor.
4. Land as softly as possible and repeat this motion.
