Instructions: 
Start: Lie on your back on the floor, knees bent, and feet flat on the floor. Spread your fingers across your abdomen so you can feel your abdominal muscles from top to bottom on both sides.
 
Finish: Contract your abs and hold for the designated time, continuing to breathe steadily.
