Calories Burned:  442 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Thighs
Start: Stand on one foot, with the other foot a few inches off the ground behind you and your arms at your sides.

Finish: Squat down, lowering your body as far as possible, trying to get your thigh parallel to the floor. Finish the set with that leg, then repeat the set with the other.
